Excursion to the Zoo

Are you interested how the human brain works and why we behave in certain ways? Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind and behaviour. In this course, you will begin to explore some of the concepts covered in VCE Psychology, such as research methods and scientific investigation, alongside a variety of psychological theories, in a hands-on, fun and engaging way.

This subject is highly recommended for any students wanting to continue with VCE Psychology or who want a career in Psychology.

Students will drive their own learning within Pre VCE Psychology through individual and group research tasks, coursework, investigations, psychological experiments, surveys, film analysis, dissections and interactive activities.

Assessment in this subject will be in the form of ongoing learning tasks, which may be in the form of practical investigation reports, research projects, scientific posters, student-led experiments, etc.
