During this Semester-length elective, students will learn and explore medical sciences through a variety of contexts and scenarios:

  • Antibiotic resistance

  • Epidemic or Pandemic diseases

  • Degenerative diseases

  • Emerging medical technology and medicine

  • Mental illness

  • The history of medicine

  • Epidemiology

  • Communicable and non-communicable diseases
