Creating a Career Action Plan
A career action plan helps students identify their interests, strengths and aspirations. It can be used to help students explore what their options might be, whether at school or they are planning to be leaving school and moving into something at university, TAFE or employment.
It's a working document that can be reviewed and updated at any time throughout student’s time at TC and it can reflect their current subjects or future subjects. It can include work experience students are undertaking or hope to undertake and any future studies, job interest, activities students might want to participate in throughout your years at TC.
How to Log In
Go to school favourites on the home page of compass
Select - Careers @ TC (Templestowe College (tccareers.com.au))
On the fare right of the screen, click ‘Login’
If you don’t already have an account, click ‘Register Here’
Fill out the required contact information and login
Click on the ‘Journey’ tab on the left hand side
Select Career Exploration
Select My Career Plan
Click through the 9 slides, then select ‘Create Career Plan’ below it
Try your best to answer every section. It won’t be 100% complete until you do.
