In this dynamic and engaging Visual Art elective, you will embark on an exciting journey of self-expression, creativity, and exploration through various artistic mediums. Whether you are a seasoned artist or just beginning your artistic endeavours, this course offers a welcoming space for students to develop their artistic skills, broaden their perspectives, and find their unique artistic voice.
The Art Elective can be a pathway to VCE Art (Creative Practice), Visual Communication Design, and Media.
In an Art Elective you will be encouraged to:
Cultivate Creativity: Think outside the box, explore unconventional ideas, and challenge your artistic boundaries.
Master Artistic Techniques: Experience a comprehensive foundation in various artistic techniques such as drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpting, and mixed media.

Enhance Critical Thinking: Analyse and interpret art, engage in thoughtful discussions, and develop artistic perspectives.
